Secondary Teacher – Classes 9–10

Higher Secondary Teacher – Classes 11–12

Candidates generally require a Post-Graduation in the relevant subject with the prescribed minimum marks and B.Ed., or another qualification recognised under the applicable NCTE rules.

The language section is qualifying in nature and requires a minimum of 30% marks. It does not contribute to the final merit score.

Guest teachers who meet the prescribed conditions may receive service-based weightage of 5 marks per year of service, up to a maximum of 25 marks, subject to the applicable rules and orders.
